Pay per show, not per name

Pay Per Show Annuity Appointments for Advisors

Pay-per-show annuity appointments are for financial advisors and insurance agents. You pay up front. We book the Zoom, and we only charge a qualified show: a real conversation about finances. We replace a no-show, a cancellation, or a reschedule, usually within a few hours. We do not publish the dollar price. It is tiered by assets and quoted on a call.

How pay-per-show works

Short answers on how we bill. The page our sales team uses is the pay-per-show model. This page explains that offer. It is not a second product.

What do you pay for?

You pay up front for the appointments. We only charge a qualified show, and there are no other fees. There is no setup fee and no hidden fee. We quote the amount on a call.

What counts as a show?

There is no fixed minute count. The prospect has to show up and have a real conversation about their finances. If they join for only a few minutes and drop off without that conversation, it does not count against you, and we replace the appointment. Qualified is a separate test: at least the tier minimum, movable within 90 days, and at least $250,000 in retirement savings excluding real estate. A house does not count.

What happens if a prospect does not show?

We replace a no-show, a cancellation, or a reschedule. We do the same if they miss the qualification standard and you followed the required process. A replacement can usually be booked within a few hours, depending on your calendar.

Who are the prospects?

We screen them into an asset tier and send a short annuity class before the meeting. Gold is $250,000 to $1 million. Platinum is $1 million to $2 million. Diamond is $2 million to $5 million. Black is $5 million to $10 million and above. Those ranges are not prices. The class is a series of short videos, like a free annuity masterclass. We cannot guarantee every video is watched.

How are appointments delivered?

Our setters book a Zoom. The prospect is pre-educated before you join. We book appointments in all 50 states.

What show rate is published?

65.2 percent for September 9 through October 8, 2026, excluding cancellations and reschedules: 721 showed out of 1,105 appointments that showed or no-showed. We exclude undispositioned appointments. That figure is on our pay-per-show page, from our appointment records. Results vary. We leave reschedules out of the percentage, and we still replace a reschedule. The 87.2 percent on that card is a qualification rate, 629 of 721 showed, reviewed calls, not the show rate.

How do you get started?

The sentence the billing model has to survive

Lead vendors charge for the record. We draw the line at the meeting. If they show up, you pay. If they do not show or they cancel, we replace them at no charge, and you never pay for a no-show.

You pay up front. You are only charged for qualified appointments, and there are no other fees. A no-show, cancellation, or reschedule is replaced. Optional add-ons, a CRM, follow-up tools, and done-for-you follow-up, are separate. This website does not publish the add-on prices.

What "show" is screening for

The asset ranges, and what is not priced, are on the cost page. The short answers above say what counts as a show.

A typical seminar runs $5,000 to $15,000 for mail, a room, and a meal, paid whether or not the right people attend. We do not charge you for the empty chair. Compare that shape of spend on the cost guide. We do not print a dollar price.

What is included before the show

You are not handed a cold Zoom link. The published steps are ads, the survey, the video class, the setter call, then the meeting. Setters are described as building your authority before you walk in. Prospects are described as already understanding the basic annuity ideas, so your time goes to fit, not to vocabulary. That is the whole economic argument for paying more than a shared lead: the work that used to sit on your calendar has been done before the hour starts.

There is no long-term contract, no retainer, and no monthly minimum. We book appointments in all 50 states. That is not a promise of a meeting every week. You still have to be licensed where you make the recommendation.

How advisors use the math, without pretending it is theirs

Our production averages are about $1.04 million of assets per appointment, a $500,000 average annuity case, and a $40,000 average commission on a closed deal. Our average close rate is around 30 percent, and it depends on you. If you cannot have the retirement conversation, do not buy the appointments. One closed deal can cover months of appointments. That is an illustration, not a quote for your practice.

Dustin K. described $2,000 spent on appointments and $50,000 of commission. That is one person's report. It is not a rate card and it is not the price of an appointment. Use the case studies as stories. Use the qualification call as the price.

Where this sits next to the other guides

If you want the definition of the meeting itself, read annuity appointments. The pitch a closer walks is the pay-per-show model. If you have been searching "pre-set appointments," the preset guide explains that the meeting is booked before you dial. We do not sell a separate preset product. If you are comparing vendors, the buyer's guide is a checklist, not a ranking of other companies' unpublished numbers.

Questions advisors ask

Do I pay if the prospect does not show?

No. You pay up front, and we only charge a qualified show. We replace a no-show, a cancellation, or a reschedule, usually within a few hours, when you followed the required process. We replace the same way if they show and miss the qualification standard.

Do I pay before any appointment is delivered?

Yes. You pay up front. You are only charged for qualified appointments, and there are no other fees. No setup fee and no hidden fee. A no-show, cancellation, or reschedule is replaced.

Is there a retainer or a term contract?

There is no long-term contract, no retainer, and no monthly minimum. Optional tools are separate, and we do not price them here.

What does a show have to have?

At least the tier minimum in money that can move within 90 days. The lowest tier starts at $250,000. A conversation with someone under that floor is not the appointment you bought.

Can my team take these, or only one advisor?

A firm can put a stream of appointments on more than one advisor's calendar. Volume follows the team's closing capacity. Most advisors start at 10 to 15 appointments a month. Ask us for a weekly number for your firm on the qualification call.

Will pay per show guarantee production?

No. It changes what you pay for. It does not close the case. Our average close rate is about 30 percent. The sale is not guaranteed.
