Advanced Agent Marketing vs Apex Acquisition
Updated November 4, 2026.
Apex Acquisition describes appointment campaigns and sales support for financial advisors who hold specified securities designations. We book annuity Zooms and bill a qualified show. We quote both offers. Apex pages were read on November 4, 2026.
What each company says it is
Our public product is a preset Zoom. Preset annuity appointments means the meeting is on the calendar before you dial. There is no separate preset price. You pay up front, and we only charge a qualified show. The terms are on the pay-per-show page.
Apex Acquisition's homepage introduces the firm as client acquisition for financial advisors and wealth management firms. The qualified-appointment section says they do not send names and phone numbers for you to dial. Once a calendar is connected, high-net-worth pre-retirees schedule on that calendar. The same page says the firm works with advisors in the US and Canada, and that the advisors it helps hold a Series 65, Series 66, or a CFP, CFA, or ChFC designation.
Their pages, as read, are about advisory AUM and pre-retiree appointments. They do not describe an annuity-only product, a fixed or fixed indexed annuity ad focus, or a consumer who has watched an annuity class. That is a product difference.
| Topic | Advanced Agent Marketing | Apex Acquisition |
|---|---|---|
| What you receive | A Zoom with someone who was screened and sent a short annuity class. You still do the recommendation. The appointments page is the definition. | A campaign plus appointments on a connected calendar, and sales support. The homepage lists three steps: messaging, campaigns, and consultative closing, including scripts and follow-up. Claim your area says they get the leads, call them, qualify them, and book them. |
| Published price | Our tiers are minimum asset ranges. Gold is $250,000 to $1 million. Platinum is $1 million to $2 million. Diamond is $2 million to $5 million. Black is $5 million to $10 million and above. A qualified prospect has at least that tier's minimum, in money that can move within 90 days. The higher the assets, the higher the tier. Every tier is the same booked Zoom, with the same short video class and the same setter. We do not publish a separate feature list or an appointment count for each tier. We do not publish dollar prices. Pricing shared on a call. | Not published. The homepage FAQ says they do not price as pay per lead or pay per appointment. It does not print a retainer, a monthly fee, or another dollar amount. Claim your area uses the heading "Pay Only If We Deliver" and does not, on the text read, define the dollar amount or the exact delivery test. |
| Show rate and close rate | One published window, on our pay-per-show model page: for September 9 through October 8, 2026, a 65.2% show rate excluding cancellations and reschedules, 721 showed out of 1,105 showed or no-show appointments, undispositioned meetings excluded, results vary. Our average close rate is around 30%, and the sale is not guaranteed. Those are not a promise for the next month. | The homepage FAQ says they are seeing a 70% show up rate and a 25% to 50% close rate on the appointments you speak with. The page does not define the denominator, the dates, or what counts as a show. Do not line that range up against the window above and call one of them higher. The definitions were not published in a way that makes the math the same. |
| Prospect criteria they publish | $250,000 or more in movable retirement savings, excluding real estate, movable within 90 days for a qualified prospect. Age is not published. | The homepage says high-net-worth pre-retirees. Claim your area headlines "3,981 appointments (with $500k+)" set for advisors "last month" as of that page. A written minimum for every appointment, and what counts as the asset, is not spelled out on the pages read. Exclusivity, one household to one advisor, is not stated on those pages. The claim-your-area page asks whether an area is available. It does not define what an unavailable area means in a contract. |
| Timing they publish | The first qualified appointment arrives within about two weeks of signing up, on average. Most agents start with 10 to 15 appointments a month. Neither is a quota. | The homepage FAQ says a campaign can be ready in 7 to 10 days, and that within 24 to 72 hours of going live you are likely to see the first appointment scheduled. "Likely" is their word. We will not turn that word into a start-date promise. |
| Who it is for | Experienced advisors and insurance agents who can discuss retirement and close an annuity. The sale is not guaranteed. | Advisors with a Series 65, Series 66, CFP, CFA, or ChFC, according to the homepage FAQ. They also say they will speak with a compliance department and amend a campaign before launch if the department is stricter than usual. |
What is not on the pages
A dollar price, a one-advisor exclusivity clause, an annuity product definition, and a show-rate formula are not on the Apex pages read on November 4, 2026. The homepage does publish company figures: 15 or more years, 400 or more clients served, $1.6 billion generated for clients, a $7 billion pipeline figure, a vision of moving $100 billion, a headline about adding $10 million to $50 million of AUM annually, and "powering 250+ advisors." Those are their statements. We do not audit them.
Individual quotes on both sites are individual. Apex's homepage includes named comments from advisors. Our case studies are individual experiences. Use them as stories.
If you want the Advanced Agent Marketing description
- You want an annuity Zoom screened at the $250,000 movable-asset floor.
- You want pay-per-show billing, with the pay-up-front sentence and the replacement rule read together.
- You do not need a Series 65, 66, CFP, CFA, or ChFC to match the buyer Apex's FAQ describes.
If you want the Apex Acquisition description
- You hold one of the designations their FAQ lists, and you want pre-retiree appointments on a connected calendar plus messaging and closing support.
- You want a firm that states it does not price per lead or per appointment, and you will ask them for the dollar amount their site does not print.
- US and Canada coverage matters, which their homepage says they serve. We do not publish a state or country list.
Questions
Does Apex Acquisition publish a price?
Not on the homepage or the claim-your-area page read on November 4, 2026. They say they do not use pay-per-lead or pay-per-appointment pricing. We also do not publish a dollar price. The units are still different.
Is Apex an annuity appointment company?
Their pages describe pre-retiree appointments and AUM growth for designated advisors. They do not, on the pages read, describe fixed or fixed indexed annuity education or an annuity-only calendar. Do not assume the meetings are the same product.
Can I compare the 70% show rate with the 65.2% window?
Apex does not publish the definition or the dates. Our 65.2% figure is one 30-day window, September 9 through October 8, 2026, with cancellations and reschedules left out, and results vary.
Which one should I buy?
We do not choose for you. If the designation, the country, and the AUM campaign match what you want, use their site. If the annuity Zoom matches, use our qualification form.
